We employ 4 qualified electricians who have all completed full apprenticeship with AB Electrical and city and guilds training. We provide a fully project managed service from planning and specifying, through to installation and post completion servicing. We consistently deliver high quality, on-time electrical installations.

Landlord services include EICR inspection and testing reports, standard repairs and maintenance.

We are experienced in all types of rewiring from additional sockets through to hotels and other commercial buildings.

AB Electrical ensure the safety of your internal wiring for commercial and domestic purposes though periodic EICR testing. We provide the service from our Matlock base around the East Midland and the UK.

Inspection and testing of commercial and factory units though to schools, theme parks and swimming pools.

We provide PAT testing in schools, medical practices holiday lets, construction sites and commercial establishments

We are competent at design installation and commissioning fire safety and emergency lighting systems for commercial and domestic properties to include retail outlets, factories, school and homes.

Pyrotenax installations for churches.

Addressable systems & Non-addressable systems as per the specification requirements.


AB Electrical install standard digital CCTV or POE CCTV systems for commercial and domestic security & monitoring.

We are experienced at all types of three phase and single phase electrical installation. This includes consumer units, new installations and replacement panel boards.

AB Electrical are qualified to install domestic and commercial charge points as part of the government funded OLEV scheme.  Rolec & Zappi accredited contractors.

We can install tethered, or untethered charging points for type 1 or type 2 sockets on all EVs or PHEVs.
